we are seeking a dedicated client support executive for a start up. The candidate would be responsible for addressing client queries, resolving issues, co-ordinating,lead generation- direct & referral model, customer retention and a positive customer experience end to end. The role requires exceptional communication skill and customer focused mindset with a pleasant disposition.
Key Responsibilities * Serve as a primary contact for clients over phone, email & chat * Address client issues within set timeline * Maintain customer documentation & interaction * Follow up with internal & external customer to resolve queries & issues * Collaboration with internal team wherever required to improve customer experience * Identify opportunities to cross sell & upsell services & products of the company * Maintain customer data & professional disposition while interacting with all clients & team members Skill * Freshers welcome however previous experience in customer relations will be an edge * Exceptional communication skill both verbal & written * Proactive approach towards client * Ability to pitch company business for new & existing clients * Ability to work on spreadsheet & data
