Role & responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate hydrographic surveys and river navigation activities.
• Ensure proper execution of dredging operations in rivers, adhering to project timelines and specifications.
• Conduct river safety assessments and provide recommendations for navigation improvements.
• Analyse hydrographic data and review detailed reports on survey findings.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Monitor compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards during project execution.

Provide technical guidance and support for navigation and dredging-related challenges

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of overall experience of 10 years after graduation, including at least 6 years in dredging works, hydrographic works, river surveys, river safety.
• Thorough knowledge of hydrographic survey, quantity survey and identification of types of dredged material.
• Directly involved in execution of dredging in river, Sea Port construction and allied activities of comparable characteristics.
• Preferred experience includes international exposure and a background in working with contractors, consultants, or clients on major dredging projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
