General Manager - Plant Operations - Food Manufacturing Firm (10-16 yrs)

Looking for GM - Operations with minimum years of experience in managing production and operations in the Food& Beverage industry at different locations.

Responsibilities/Specifications:

- Managing 5 plants and warehouses.

- Individuals should have experience in managing large-scale production, supply chain & logistics operations at the plant.

- To manage cross-functional teams and external vendors

- Prior experience in setting up SOPs & processes to ensure an efficient manufacturing process.

- Should have sound knowledge of Six Sigma, min green belt certified.

- Execute FSSAI, (FSSC, SEDEX standards for food safety processes .

- Organize production workflow to meet specifications and deadlines while streamlining plant operations related to production, material planning, and maintenance.

- Sound knowledge of government rules & regulations relevant to the Food industry.
