Senior Data & BI Engineer

We are hiring a highly skilled and seasoned Engineer with expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Tableau, backed by an impressive 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience. In addition to their extensive experience, we are looking for an individual with a keen ability to drive initiatives forward, leveraging their problem-solving skills to navigate complex scenarios.
Responsibilities:
Strong working experience in SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
Strong Experience in Power BI custom controls and DAX.
Strong experience in designing and using Relational and Non-Relational Database.
Experience in SQL Jobs, SSIS, and SSRS.
Experience in Query Performance Optimization.
Experience in SQL Profiler.
Exposure to the latest cloud ETL tools such as ADF/Glue/Dataflow.
Understand and translate data, analytic requirements, and functional needs into technical requirements.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements:
Solid hands-on working experience in SQL and scripting.
Data Migration from On-Pem to cloud or cloud to cloud.
Database Troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Expertise in data structures, distributed computing, manipulating, and analyzing complex high-volume data from a variety of ternal and external sources.
Understanding of any reporting tools such as Looker, or QlikView.
Good understanding of relational/dimensional modelling and ETL concepts.
Ability to mentor junior members of the team.
