Key Responsibilities

1. Data Integration & ETL Development

• Design and develop ETL pipelines to consolidate data from multiple MongoDB databases into Azure Cosmos DB.
• Automate data ingestion, transformation, and validation for accurate and consistent datasets.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data flows for scalability and performance.

2. Business Intelligence & Data Visualization

• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau for internal stakeholders (marketing, finance, product).
• Analyze user behavior, subscription trends, and engagement data to drive strategic decisions.
• Develop real-time and historical data insights for performance tracking.

3. API & Cloud Integration

• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate BI dashboards into the Wishtales mobile app and website.
• Work with Microsoft Azure services for cloud-based data storage, orchestration, and analytics.

4. Advanced Data Analytics & AI-Driven Insights

• Implement sentiment analysis and behavioral analytics to understand user preferences.
• Work on predictive models for subscription retention and engagement optimization.

5. Security, Compliance & Data Governance

• Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and audit data access logs for integrity.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Analytics.

Technical Skills

• NoSQL Databases: MongoDB, Azure Cosmos DB (or similar)
• ETL Development: Data pipelines, Azure Data Factory, Data Warehousing
• BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau (dashboard creation and reporting)
• Cloud & API Integration: Microsoft Azure, REST APIs
• Programming: Python, SQL, R (for data analysis and automation)
• Big Data & Machine Learning (Bonus): Spark, Hadoop, ML models
