TestOps Lead - Java/Selenium (5-9 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Automation and Manual test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and BDD style frameworks.

- Leverage TestOps and Katalon Studio for streamlined testing operations and improved efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test features, enhance test planning, and integrate testing processes into DevOps pipelines.

- Execute automated test scripts, analyze test results, and identify defects, performance issues, and potential areas for improvement.

- Perform API testing using tools like Rest Assured, Postman, or Insomnia, and ensure seamless cloud integration for scalable testing solutions.

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive test cases and documentation throughout the test lifecycle.

- Conduct manual testing for new functionalities and ensure robust end-to-end application testing.

- Report defects, document test progress, and provide daily task updates to stakeholders.

- Continuously improve automation frameworks, testing processes, and practices to enhance quality and delivery timelines.

- Support ad-hoc tasks as required and demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and innovation.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 5+ years in software testing and quality assurance.

Must-Have Skills :

- Proficiency in Selenium and Java programming.

- Hands-on experience with TestOps, Katalon Studio, and DevOps integration.

- Strong understanding of test lifecycle management and software testing methodologies.
