Job Description

Job Overview : As a Senior Sales Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while focusing on building and nurturing relationships with global customers (particularly in the US and Europe). This position involves selling CRM implementation services, consulting, and programming solutions to companies across diverse industries.


We are seeking an experienced sales professional who has worked with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) specializing in MS Dynamics 365 CRM consulting, has experience in new sales, and excels at upselling and cross-selling to international Dynamics CRM resellers and partners for professional services. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales within this domain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities , New Sales related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Consult with potential customers to understand their business needs and challenges, offering tailored Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to address those needs.
  • Lead the sales cycle, including qualifying leads, delivering presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Implementation and delivery teams) to ensure a seamless sales-to-delivery process.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights regarding industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and other related technologies to better position the company's offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently, contributing to company growth and revenue.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring that CRM solutions are effectively implemented and fully meet client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 7 years of proven experience in sales within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM space, including consulting, implementation, and programming services.
  • Strong understanding of MS Dynamics 365 CRM modules and how they benefit different business functions (sales, marketing, customer service, etc.).
  • Experience working with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) or consulting firms specializing in MS D365 CRM solutions is highly preferred.
  • Ability to sell complex CRM solutions and services to global customers, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team to meet sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with global sales cycles and handling customers from different geographical regions.
  • Understanding of key CRM implementation challenges and how to address them during the sales process.
  • Exposure to the broader Microsoft technology stack and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
