Must have demonstrable experience working with various online bidding portals like Up work, Guru, and Freelancer etc.

Innovate ideas to create better processes for data building, email-campaigns.

Maintain reports, daily, and monthly to help management see clarity and provide constructive feedback.

Lead from the front, in terms of outbound efforts to generate leads, and thereby motivate team members to follow suit.

Plan and achieve quarterly and yearly targets in terms of number of leads generated.

Create and maintain a pipeline of hot prospects.
