Job Summary:

As a Tech Lead - Full Stack (MERN), you will be at the forefront of our web development team, leading the charge in creating and implementing cutting-edge applications using the MERN stack. You will be responsible for mentoring team members, ensuring best practices, and delivering robust software solutions that meet our business goals.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Responsible for key technical and product decisions.
• The candidate should be hands-on in codingWork closely with the Product manager and clients and help them get relevant input from the engineering team.
• Talk to the management, production, and marketing employees to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Manage the context in which team members operate, including Representing the team in planning meetings.
• Maintain a strong and up-to-date understanding of the challenges and opportunities your team is facing building and deploying software.
• Participate in the hiring and onboarding of engineers.
• Oversee the design and development of web applications using the MERN stack.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computerScience or a related field.
• Proven experience as a full stack developer with a focus on the MERN stack.
• Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team handling experience is a must
