• Position Summary:

The Risk & Vigilance specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks to ensure that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements and mitigates risks effectively. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational integrity, process audit, fraud management, protecting assets, and fostering a culture of compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Governance Framework:

• Develop and implement governance policies, processes, and controls.
• Ensure alignment of governance practices with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a robust corporate governance structure.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization.
• Develop risk mitigation, and vigilance strategies and monitor the effectiveness of implemented controls.
• Maintain and update risk registers and dashboards for ongoing risk analysis.

Compliance Management:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Conduct compliance audits, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization

Incident and Issue Management:

• Investigate non-compliance incidents and implement remediation plans.
• Document and report findings to senior management and regulatory bodies, as needed.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare reports on governance, risk, and compliance metrics for leadership and audit committees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of GRC activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Law, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in GRC, risk, or compliance are preferred.

Experience: 9+ Yrs of exp. In-process audit, risk management, fraud management & compliance & audits

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of GRC frameworks or any process control framework.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
