Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical specialists.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment with clear goals and regular feedback.

2. Service Delivery & Technical Operations:

• Oversee the daily operations of IT support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Monitor and analyze support metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions for improvement.
• Ensure proper documentation of processes, issues, resolutions, and updates in the tracking system.

3. Process Optimization:

• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in operations.
• Lead initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance productivity through innovative solutions.

4. Compliance and Security:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards.
• Implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive client data.
• Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity and mitigate operational risks.

5. Technical Leadership:

• Lead complex projects such as infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and system implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

6. Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake) and cloud-native tools.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React) and back-end development (e.g., Python).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.
• Expertise in SaaS application deployment and managing network systems and monitoring tools.

Skills and Qualifications

• Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience in mentoring and managing high-performing technical teams.
• Cloud Expertise: Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms, automation tools, and cloud security best practices.
• Full-Stack Knowledge: Proficiency in both front-end (React) and back-end (Python) development.
• Customer-Focused: Ability to ensure SLA compliance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Problem Solving: Strong capability to identify risks, implement solutions, and ensure business continuity.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
