Description of Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team at InnovationM for a telecom-based client project. The ideal candidate will have expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning, and big data technologies to derive actionable insights and drive decision-making in the telecom domain.

Roles and Responsibility
Work with open-source LLMs such as Mistral, Llama, and Falcon to build, fine-tune, and deploy applications.
Leverage agentic frameworks like Crew, LangChain, and LangGraph to develop scalable AI-driven solutions for telecom use cases.
Build and deploy generative AI applications, ensuring alignment with the clients business objectives.
Design and implement machine learning algorithms tailored to telecom-specific use cases.
Optimize existing models for better accuracy and performance.
Translate complex data-driven insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
Work closely with product managers and telecom experts to align solutions with business needs.
Process and analyze large volumes of data using big data tools like Hadoop and Spark.
Leverage SQL, Python, and R for data preparation and model deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and analysts, to build end-to-end data pipelines.
Present findings and dashboards to technical and non-technical stakeholders using tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Requirement
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
Strong programming skills in Python
Hands-on experience with LLMs such as Mistral, Llama, and Falcon.
Experience with agentic frameworks like Crew, LangChain, and LangGraph.
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Expertise in building and deploying Generative AI applications (not limited to traditional ML).
Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
