Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented SolidWorks Executive to join our team at Innovation Meditech Pvt Ltd, a leading X-ray manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in 3D modeling, design, and drafting, with proficiency in both SolidWorks and AutoCAD. This role will involve creating and modifying technical drawings, 3D models, and collaborating with the engineering team to ensure the seamless development of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD for X-ray manufacturing products.
• Modify and update existing drawings and models based on engineering specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to create detailed designs and optimize products for manufacturing.
• Perform design calculations, material selection, and ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Support prototyping, assembly, and testing phases by providing accurate and detailed design documentation.
• Troubleshoot design issues and suggest improvements to enhance functionality and manufacturability.
• Ensure that design changes and revisions are documented and communicated properly within the team.
• Maintain and organize design files and drawings in a proper repository.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in 3D CAD design using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling, assemblies, and generating technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drafting and design.
• Familiarity with mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards.
• Experience in creating BOMs (Bill of Materials) and other technical documents.
• Additional Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of X-ray equipment design or similar industries will be a plus.
