Position Overview:
- Due to our growth expectations, we are seeking an exceptional, growth-minded Sales Leader to join our team as Sales Leader (VP) for USA & MENA region.
- The Sales Leader will define Innovatily's market strategy & shall be responsible drive our sales efforts within the US and MENA regions.
- This role involves driving the adoption of innovative AI solutions and harnessing data to create impactful business insights for our clients. The individual shall be responsible to achieve significant revenue growth annually.
- In addition to requisite passion, skills and experience, the successful candidate should have a track record in building and managing high-performing sales organization.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experienced at adapting and growing in fast growing and changing environments.
- Ability to drive strong, oriented business cadence for both opportunity creation and revenue closure.
- Technically strong and accustomed to selling to CXO group CIO's, CTO's and line of business.
- Growth mindset with the ability to outline the long-term vision and strategy.
As the Sales Leader you will :
- Own the pipeline generation & execution strategy.
- Analyze data and dynamics to maximize existing successes and create new sales growth opportunities.
- Accountable for accurate monthly, quarterly and annual forecast for tge assigned region.
- Identify, cultivate, and secure new enterprise-level clients seeking cloud migration, data analytics, AI Driven Solutions, and DevOps solutions in the US and MENA regions.
- Analyze potential clients' existing infrastructure, data landscapes and design tailored strategies for cloud migration and data optimization.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in cloud/data ecosystems, migration tools, analytics methodologies and DevOps best practices, and translate this knowledge into competitive sales strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet or exceed client expectations.
You will be a great fit for us if you have :
- Over 15 years of B2B sales experience, specifically in cloud migration, data analytics, AI, or DevOps, with a proven track record in the US and/or MENA markets.
- Must have led a $2M+(min) sales organization with 60%+ growth.
- Mastery of consultative/Solution selling methodologies.
- Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding targets.
- Influential Leadership skills; ability to build strong business partnership both outside and within the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for a wide range of stakeholders.
- Master's degree in business, IT, or a related field. Certifications in AWS, Azure or GCP, advanced analytics are preferred.
