We are looking for an Associate Director-Product Operations to partner with product leadership for building an effective Product Management organization. You will be responsible for defining, delivering, operating, and evolving the product team's operational practices - including strategic planning, budgeting, execution, and product delivery practices. You will help ensure that product development teams are well-positioned to achieve their planned objectives & long-term strategic goals. The individual must have strong experience in how product companies run, how data-driven decision-making is done, and how efficient processes are created. You will be coordinating with the Operational leaders as well as company leadership (Customer Innovation, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships, Growth Strategy, Sales enablement), ensuring a tight product feedback loop, and coordinating smooth, high-quality feature launches. For this role, you need to be a creative and a quantitative thinker. This is a highly cross-functional management role, and it will be a critical lever for us to deliver on our mission.

A day in the life at Innovaccer:
- Strategic Planning: Begin the day with a strategy session to align product goals with overall business objectives, ensuring the product roadmap is up-to-date and aligned with market needs.
- Team Collaboration: Conduct daily stand-ups with the product management and engineering teams to review progress, address roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback and data to identify pain points and areas for improvement and translate these insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Meetings: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to discuss product launches, go-to-market strategies, and customer adoption plans.
- Process Optimization: Review and optimize product development processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and ensure high-quality product releases.
- Stakeholder Communication: Update senior leadership and key stakeholders on product performance, upcoming releases, and strategic initiatives during weekly briefings.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product health and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Preffered experience:
- Experience and Industry Knowledge: MBA with 8+ years of experience, at least a few years in R&D operations role, ideally within B2B settings, with a preference for backgrounds in B2B SaaS. Understanding of R&D is crucial.
- Strategic and Analytical Skills: Ability to lead strategic planning and execution, use data to drive decisions, and manage comprehensive product programs. Experience with product development lifecycle is essential.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, capable of producing high-quality content for diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across teams and influence without direct authority.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), along with product automation tools and CRM systems.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a self-starter attitude and the ability to drive initiatives independently.
