Account Manager - Domestic Hiring (5-10 yrs)

We are hiring for the position of Account Manager (Domestic Hiring).

Experience : Min 5 years upto 10 Years.

Hiring Responsibilities of an Account Manager (Domestic):.

Collaborating with HR:

- Work closely with the HR team to define job descriptions, candidate profiles, and job requirements for roles related to account management, sales, or customer support within the domestic market.

Interviewing and Selecting Candidates:.

- Participate in interviews, helping to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit for the company.

- Evaluate whether candidates can support the company's domestic clients effectively.

Identifying Skills Needs:.

- Identify gaps in the team's skills or resources that may affect the management of domestic accounts.

- Determine which new hires are necessary to handle client demands and ensure the growth of the business.

Onboarding New Hires:.

- Assist with onboarding new employees who will be working in the Account Management or Sales team.

- Ensure that new hires are trained to understand the company's domestic client base, key accounts, and expectations.

Team Development:.

- Oversee the professional development of the account management team.

- Ensure that the team has the necessary tools, knowledge, and support to manage and grow domestic accounts.

Resource Allocation:.

- Ensure that the right number of team members are allocated to different client accounts based on workload and client needs.

- Proactively adjust the team to meet demand from the domestic market.

Performance Monitoring:.

- Take part in evaluating the performance of newly hired team members, ensuring that they meet the company's standards and effectively support domestic accounts.
