Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Testing (2-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce QA with a focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our SFCC implementations through comprehensive testing and automation. You will leverage your expertise in automation testing and your understanding of SFCC to deliver high-quality e-commerce solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of QA methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for SFCC implementations.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of SFCC applications.

- Verify and validate SFCC configurations, customizations, and integrations.

- Ensure compliance with SFCC best practices and standards.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for SFCC applications.

- Utilize automation tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

- Perform regression testing using automated test suites.

- Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools.

- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.

- Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for defect prevention.

- Participate in test planning and estimation activities.

- Define test data requirements and create test data.

- Execute test cases and document test results.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.

- Communicate test results and defect status to stakeholders.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SFCC features and testing methodologies.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements :

- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Experience

- Experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) applications.

- Understanding of SFCC architecture, functionalities, and configurations.

- Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts.

- Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
