Opportunity to work with a Global Client of InnoQuest who is a one of the leading insurance brokerage companies in the world.
Role: Internal Communication Manager.
Location: Pune/Bangalore
Shift Timings: General (flexible) - Hybrid
- Manage the company's internal communications channels: you'll be responsible for managing multiple communication channels, including email, social media, and intranet. You'll need to ensure that messages are consistent, engaging, and targeted to the right audience.
- Produce communications materials: To keep employees engaged and informed, you'll need to create engaging content that resonates with your audience. This can include videos, infographics, articles, and other forms of multimedia.
- Support leadership and company meetings: Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities, townhalls , employee engagement activities , company meetings, workshops and surveys.
- Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Internal communications managers collaborate with cross-functional teams, o understand their communication needs and develop strategies to meet them. This may involve coordinating with other departments to ensure that messages are consistent and aligned with the organization's overall communication strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on communications technology: Keep up with the latest tools, technology and digital platforms to provide the best methods for effective internal communication.
- Measure success: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks, set goals, and measure the success of internal communications initiatives.
