Job Description

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for IT products and services targeting B2B clients, aligning with company goals and market trends.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify potential business clients, initiate contact, and build a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of IT products and services, including software solutions, digital services, and technology offerings, to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Sales Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and ROI of the solutions offered.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, addressing their needs, providing timely solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts, working closely with legal and finance teams to close deals efficiently.
  • Target Achievement: Set sales targets and KPIs, and drive the sales team to achieve or exceed these targets, contributing to the companys revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure accurate communication of product capabilities and to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM tools, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the sales team, sharing best practices and guiding them in achieving sales objectives.
  • After-Sales Support: Coordinate with support and service teams to ensure seamless product implementation and client onboarding, contributing to long-term client retention.
  • Budget Management: Develop sales budgets, manage resources effectively, and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Client Education: Provide clients with training and support materials, helping them maximize the use and benefits of the IT products and services.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in sales processes and implement strategies to mitigate them, maintaining the integrity of sales operations.
