Principal Data Scientist

, We are looking for passionate, Strong experience with an entrepreneur mindset to join us as Hardcore Full Stack Data Scientist end-to-end single-handed multi-hat role who is already working in applied AI in ML, deep Learning, ANN, and CNN platform specifically working as single-handed doers or in a small Data Science Team with full end to end ownership of Data Science work commitment delivery as Data Scientist working in any reputed AI Data Science is driven Tech startup preferably in Healthcare.

Job Responsibilities

• Design large-scale AI/ML products/systems impacting millions of customers.
• Establish best practices for data science methodologies, tools, and technologies to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient workflows.
• Mentored and coached data scientists, providing guidance on technical skills, project management, and career development.
• Strong statistical, mathematical, and predictive modeling knowledge as well as being able to come up with business strategy to build the necessary algorithms and models
• Clearly present and explain analytical results and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring the insights are actionable and understandable to serve the business logic.
• Must understand product development processes and, more importantly, uphold ethical responsibilities, especially regarding consumer privacy in proprietary data.
• Navigate situations with many unknowns, demonstrating confidence and self-assurance in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Good knowledge & experience in ML, NLP, CV, DL, GenAI, LLMs
• Passionate coder who is able to write the required Algorithms and models preferably in different programming languages such as Python combined with experience in software development & modern Deep Learning software architecture and frameworks like Scikit-learn, Keras, Pytorch, TensorFlow and/or CUDA.

In addition the need to be familiar with below disciplines:

• Natural Language Processing, Machine learning, Conceptual modeling, Statistical analysis, Predictive Modeling, and Hypothesis testing.
• Being able to query and update databases like SQL, PostgresQL, ScyllaDB and MongoDB.
• Having a good working understanding of design & architecture principles.
• Experience with reproducible data science tools and practices. Previous research experience either in academia or industry.
• Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills in the presentation of highly technical material for effective collaboration in a multicultural environment and ability to translate analytical concepts for diverse audiences and stakeholders (English is our primary language).
• Proficient with collaboration tools, environments and frameworks (e.g. OKRs, Agile methodology with Sprints and Scrums, Jupyter notebooks, Git, Jira, Docker, etc.)
• Must enjoy interacting with forward-thinking people, life-long learning, and staying at the cutting-edge of the domain.
• At least 7+ Years of strong experience exclusive in real Industry Projects in applied AI ML & Deep Learning Data Science in an AI Health startup at the role and designation as Principal Data Scientist / Sr. Data Scientist.
• At least 5+ years of work-related experience in software development, deep learning, machine learning, NLP/LLM or high-performance computing.
• Hardcore in Deep Learning /Machine Learning / NLP, LLMs with at least 5 good Applied AI-oriented Applied Research Projects & applications with hands-on experience working on CNN, RNN, GNNs and Deep Learning in AI Health startups to solve specific complex problems.

Educational Requirement

• B.Tech in a highly analytical and quantitative field such as Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Theoretical Physics, Mathematics, Computing /Statistics /BioTech/BioStat / Clinical Engineering in Data Science / Machine Learning, etc. from Top-rated Tech University / Institute / Top rated IIT / IIIT.
• Master's degree or PhD preferred, preferably with a multidisciplinary background (cheminformatics, bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, AI/ML in drug discovery or life sciences).
