Human Resource Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our recruitment process. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about HR & recruitment and eager to contribute to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
• Review and screen resume to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and criteria.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering queries.
• Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms and job boards and support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates.
• Ensure all recruitment-related documents, including applications and interview notes, are accurately maintained and organized.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.

Requirement And Skills:

• MBA in human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.
• Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in an HR recruitment role.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
