Dms Executive/DMS Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Hold a degree in MCA, BCA, MTech, BTech, or a related field.
• Possess excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
• Train new clients and provide ongoing support to existing clients.
• Manage and track client support activities via visits, emails, and calls.
• Document issues, resolutions, and actions taken for each case, keeping clients and the CRM team updated on progress.
• Identify and prioritize critical customer issues, escalating to relevant team members, including management, when necessary.
• Collaborate with customers and other team members to troubleshoot, test, and develop solutions or workarounds to address client issues and requests.
• Update user permissions and settings in the CRM system.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of CRM-related issues to determine the root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
• Deliver CRM training sessions as required.
