Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients by actively seeking and pursuing new business opportunities within the FTL market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and customer loyalty.
• Identify potential customers and conduct thorough market research to understand their needs, preferences, and logistics requirements.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers, highlighting the unique value propositions of our FTL services.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with clients to secure profitable business deals and maximize revenue generation.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of client contracts and exceptional service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our services and capitalize on new opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently striving for excellence and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in the transportation or logistics industry, with a focus on FTL services.
• Strong knowledge of FTL operations, pricing models, and industry regulations.
