Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in database management and documentation within a dynamic work environment.

This role is open for any graduate/post graduate student who is willing to make their career in human resources. We will pay stipend of INR 8000 during internship of 6 months and 3 LPA as salary when converted into a full-time employee.

Selection Criteria :

Throughout English Medium education including schooling

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent Interpersonal skills and presentable.

Job Summary:
The HR Intern will assist the HR department with managing and maintaining employee databases, as well as supporting documentation processes. This role is ideal for someone interested in HR administration and data management, with an emphasis on accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management:
    • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in HR databases.
    • Ensure data accuracy by verifying information and correcting discrepancies.
    • Support the integration of new HR software or systems, if applicable.
    • Generate and analyse reports to provide insights on HR metrics and data.
  • Documentation Support:
    • Help organize and file HR documentation, including employee records, performance evaluations, and compliance documents.
    • Assist in preparing and reviewing HR documents for accuracy and completeness.
    • Support the implementation of new documentation processes or improvements.
  • General Administrative Duties:
    • Provide administrative support to HR staff as needed.
    • Respond to basic inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with HR software or databases is a plus.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous internship or work experience in an office setting is a plus but not required.
