Job Description
- Bachelor s or master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of experience in developing end-to-end applications with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in full-stack development, particularly with technologies such as React JS, Node JS, Postgres, and SQL.
- Exposure to cloud native development environments (AWS & Azure).
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful software development lifecycle.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
- Expertise in implementing industry standard development practices and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to perform under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and developers in building high-quality, scalable, and robust applications.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle from conception to deployment, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Mentor in technical problem solving and expertise to the team.
- Take part and lead new solutions / technical feasibility discussions with consulting / client teams.
- Foster collaboration among team members and other departments to ensure that applications are aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Implement best practices for full-stack development and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to integrate into development practices and enhance productivity.
- Ensure that all software developed complies with industry standard security protocols and data protection regulations.
