ABOUT THE ROLE:

Ingenuity Gaming (IG) seeks a dynamic Game Animator(Unity) for the creation and execution of characters, environments animation to bring our premium casino slot games to life. Youll be responsible for creating captivating animations. In this role, youll collaborate with creative director, fellow artists, animators and developers to create high-quality, engaging slot games that exceed player expectations. We are looking for someone with a passion for versatile animations a strong willingness to learn, and exceptional collaboration skills. If you have a passion for animation, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create fluid and dynamic animations, we\u2019d love to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pre-Production

Scope Analysis and Work Breakdown: Understanding the clients vision, goals, and expectations for the animation. Clear understanding of what will be created and delivered. It acts as a blueprint for the creative process and helps manage expectations throughout the project.

Conceptualization & Planning: Translating creative ideas into actionable plans and ensuring that animations align with the overall project vision. Multiple creative ideas and exploring different visual representations of the projects core requirements.

Storyboard - Create multiple options/variety to visually communicate ideas and concepts during the early stages of a creative project. Highly experienced use of AI to Increase the productivity.

Proposal Presentation: Prepare PowerPoint presentation to create visually appealing and organized slides to present the proposal well aligned with the project vision.

Animation Production

High Quality: Crafting meticulously detailed, high quality entertaining animations (Characters, Props, Backgrounds, and UI elements).

Player-Centric Approach: create visually stunning animations that enhance user experiences.

Trends and Analysis : Analyse trends and other games to develop standout game feature animations. Research market trends and other games to drive creative Ideas and challenge industry norms.

Scope and Timelines: Ensuring that the final product aligns with the needs of the client and is delivered on time.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Internal & External Engagement: Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders including development teams, artists, and clients. Communicate updates, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.

Interests & Knowledge

Slot Games: Keen interest in games with knowledge of game mechanics.

Player Experience: Focus on enhancing player experience through animations.

Player Behaviour: Basic understanding of player behaviours and preferences.

General Skills

Communication : Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Leadership: Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple animations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
WHO WE\u2019RE LOOKING FOR:

We seek a passionate animator (AKA \u2013 Creative Nerd!) with a strategic and creative approach to animating and producing high-quality animations for casino slot games. The ideal candidate should possess:

Experience

5+ Years in Relevant Roles : Proven track record as a Game Animator (Unity).

iGaming Industry Success: Demonstrated creative excellence for games.

Skills & Expertise

Creativity and Imagination: The ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas that fit the games vision.

Passion for Games: A genuine interest in video games and an understanding of different animation styles and tools.

Proficiency in 2D Animation Software : Mastery of industry-standard software Spine. Experience In Adobe AE, Blender, etc. would be an added advantage.

Adaptability: Flexibility to work across various animation styles and tools.

Mastery of Animation Theory: Understanding how animation interact and evoke emotions to create harmonious and impactful experience.

Keen Eye for Detail: Meticulous attention to details, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality animation.

Organizational & Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Problem-Solving: Expertise in solving complex problems with attention to detail.

Time Management and Organization: Meeting deadlines and managing workload effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor\u2019s / Master\u2019s In Animation or equivalent in animation art

Prior experience as a game animator(Unity) or a related field is desirable.

5+ years of experience as an Animator with a solid understanding of game animations and competitor games.

Experience with UI/UX importance in gaming.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Capable of multitasking across multiple projects.
