Quality Controller

Role & responsibilities

1. Post-Sales Inspection:
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles after they are sold and delivered to customers.
• Ensure that all aspects of the vehicle, including the interior, exterior, engine, and any additional features, are functioning as expected.
2. Handling Customer Complaints:
• Investigate and resolve any complaints or issues raised by customers regarding vehicle performance or quality.
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure the issues are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
3. Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that the vehicle meets both company and industry standards for quality and safety after the sale.
• Monitor the repair and maintenance work done on vehicles to ensure they adhere to the required standards.
• Review customer feedback to identify recurring problems and work on improvements.
4. Service Coordination:
• Collaborate with after-sales service teams (mechanics, technicians, etc.) to carry out necessary repairs and replacements.
• Ensure that parts used for repairs are of high quality and compliant with manufacturer specifications.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of any quality control actions taken, including repairs, inspections, and customer feedback.
• Report on the quality status of vehicles in the post-sales phase to senior management.
6. Training and Guidance:
• Provide training to service teams and sales staff about common after-sales issues and best practices for vehicle quality.
• Assist in the development of manuals or standard operating procedures to improve after-sales service quality.
7. Performance Tracking:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vehicle quality and after-sales satisfaction.
• Implement corrective actions if specific quality targets or customer satisfaction goals are not being met.
