Machine Operator Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Inspect and verify the quality of ingredients like granulated sugar to ensure compliance with factory standards before use in production.
• Assist in the preparation and mixing of syrup, ensuring accurate measurements and adherence to quality specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks on machines, ingredients, and operations to ensure consistency with UBC quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain hygiene standards in the preparation and storage areas, addressing any issues (e.g., leaks) that could impact product quality.
• Ensure proper cleaning, sanitization, and safety of equipment used in production to maintain food safety and cleanliness.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field is required. FMCG experience is an added advantage.
• Language: Good English communication
