Director / AVP - Healthcare Consulting

Job Description:

• Manage technology and business consulting projects for healthcare and consumer healthcare clients.
• Understand requirements from clients or the Business Development (BD) team and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Delegate tasks effectively within the team, ensuring clear objectives and timelines.
• Work closely with the team to oversee project execution, monitor progress, and maintain project quality standards.
• Support BD or sales teams by providing capability decks, trend analyses, quick samples, and other relevant materials.
• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven 8+ years of experience in managing technology or business consulting projects, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry or Consumer Healthcare Industry.
• Strong understanding of technology landscapes, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
• Effective leadership and communication skills to lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools/software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.

Education Background:

• Bachelor s or master s degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering).
• Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.

• Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
