- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 data engineers, providing guidance and solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and architectures.
- Oversee data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration efforts.
- Implement and optimize data solutions using PySpark, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions.
Requirements- 5-8 years of experience in data engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with PySpark, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server with 5-7 years of hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in data modeling, data warehousing, and Python.
- Azure certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
