Create and update documentation detailing email administration procedures, including user guides and standard operating procedures.
Build and execute end-to-end multi-touch outbound marketing campaign flows including segmentation, email development, campaign architecture, and email delivery.
Assist in the development and optimization of email templates.
Assist in the development and optimization of our marketing automation platform and processes.
Remain abreast of the latest email management technologies and industry trends, offering recommendations for system enhancements as required.
Analyze data and insights to optimize future email campaigns.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Experience in Lead Generation and Marketing Automation.
Cold email campaign experience.
Requirements
Proficiency in administering email servers, including the configuration and management of user accounts, distribution lists, and email policies.
Knowledge of google workspace console, server configuration (Server + Email Tool) etc.
Knowledgeable about email security best practices, including spam filtering, antivirus protection, and encryption methodologies.
Proven experience in handling email campaigns for B2B and B2C.
Excellent communication abilities, capable of providing technical support and guidance to end-users effectively.
Experience with email marketing platforms/processes such as Gmass, Mail-merge, HubSpot, Instantly, or Smart lead to send emails to lists and generate leads/appointments from those emails.
