Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Department: Human Resources
Location: Nagpur


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in a dynamic construction environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various construction-related roles. You will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with company goals and industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Sourcing:
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for a wide range of construction roles, including project managers, engineers, site supervisors, laborers, and specialized trade positions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, industry events, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit for the company.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate selection, and market insights.
  • Assist with creating job offers, salary negotiations, and other recruitment-related documentation.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the initial contact to onboarding.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and maintain regular communication during the hiring process.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Prepare recruitment reports, including hiring metrics, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire, and present to HR leadership.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all recruitment processes for audit purposes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for technical, field, and office roles.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its talent needs.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media for recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
