Position : Sr. Web Developer

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React.js to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, a passion for building scalable applications, and a drive to stay updated with the latest trends in web development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Front-End Development : Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using React.js, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.

- Develop new user-facing features using React.js

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code

- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement design mockups into code

- Back-End Development : Build and maintain server-side logic, database management, and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express.js, etc.

- Database Management : Design, implement, and optimize relational and non-relational databases.

- Version Control : Collaborate with the team using Git for version control, ensuring smooth integration of new features and fixes.

- Testing : Write unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and performance of the application.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality products.

- Code Reviews : Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and share knowledge with the team.

- Documentation : Create and maintain documentation for code, processes, and tools used in the development process.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience: 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2+ yrs experience in React.js.

- Front-End: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries, especially React.js.

- Back-End: Experience with server-side programming, ideally with Node.js

- Database: Strong understanding of databases, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB).

- API Development: Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Version Control: Proficient in using Git and GitHub/GitLab for version control.

- Testing: Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or similar.

- Proven experience as a React.js Developer or similar role

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript (ES6+)

- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)

- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs

- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

- A knack for benchmarking and optimization

- Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of other front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js.

- Understanding of GraphQL.
