About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior ABAP developers, designing and developing complex ABAP programs, and working with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 ABAP developers

- Write detailed technical designs for ABAP programs

- Develop complex ABAP programs for ECC and S/4HANA systems

- Work with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Interface with clients across the globe

- Proficient in all RICEFW objects in core ABAP :

- Data Dictionary

- Reports (all kinds)

- Programs

- Enhancements

- Forms (SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms)

- Interfaces (BAPIs, IDOCs, APIs)

- Workflow

- Web Dynpro

- Web Services

- Experience with at least 2 SAP implementation or rollout projects

- Hands-on experience in OData and integrations with third-party solutions

- Experience with SAP BTP (a plus)

- Proficient in ABAP on HANA and S/4HANA Implementation or SoH (Suite on HANA) experience

- Exposure to ABAP on HANA concepts like CDS and AMDP

- Experience in developing automation in SAP using ABAP

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

- 10+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development in client environments of similar scope and size

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

- SAP certification in SAP ABAP (a plus)
