Legal Consultant

This role will focus on drafting and reviewing key legal documents, including Master Services Agreements (MSA), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Terms and Conditions, License Terms, Cookie Policies, AI Usage Policies, and other related materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology law and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, Terms and Conditions, License Terms, Cookie Policies, AI Usage Policies, and other legal documents.

- Ensure all documents comply with applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy and technology standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and tailor legal documents accordingly.

- Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and best practices in technology and data privacy.

- Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders regarding compliance and risk management.

- Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Degree from an accredited law school.

- 5+ years of experience in a legal consulting role, with a focus on technology and contract law.

- Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and intellectual property law.

- Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

- Strong communication skills to convey legal concepts to non-legal teams.
