Python Developer Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Python and Django.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to implement new features and improve existing systems.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Perform database design, management, and optimization using PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Python Developer with a strong focus on Django framework.
• Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and working with JSON/XML data.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for seamless integration.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
• Good understanding of security and performance optimization in web applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Docker, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Celery, Redis, or asynchronous task management.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest or UnitTest).
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
