Deputy Manager Finance

Job Summary

• Co-own the financial plan of the business unit along with business head
• Margin Governance ( cost reduction initiatives , product cost analysis , Internal / External benchmarking)
• MIS for the business including budget tracking, Variance analysis, other cost parameters & SLOB.
• Critical attributes to success would be strong communication, proactive and resilience.
• Automation and simplification of the processes, challenge the status quo by constructive questioning and challenging.
• Prepare the presentations, reports and fulfil any other type of requirement from time to time for the management

Key Job Responsibilities

Procurement Finance

• Forwarding buying & storages (Inventory holding & carrying cost)
• Driving Sourcing saving initiative
• In house Job work vs outsource, including Benchmarking
• Food cost consumption analysis- Brand wise
• Import related documentations
• Potential Expiry analysis
• Working Capital Improvement- Inventory, Creditors Days

Working capital Management

• Inventory management / review of DOI
• Nr expiry report analysis , SLOB analysis
• Review liquidation plan for nr expiry goods

Compliance and others :

• Risk identification and management for strong financial governance.
• Drive financial awareness and Financial KPI delivery with the business functions.
• Execute simplification projects and implementation of best practices.

SAP CO

• Costing Run for Job Work Plants
• Costing Run for New Products
• FIFO & Month End rates run in SAP

Budgeting

• Preparation and finalisation of Food Cost budget brand wise.
• Segregation of cost per unit between Dominos and non-Dominos business unit

Month end closing

• B2B,Popeyes, Dunkin, Hongs Provisions
• EBU Product Costing
• EBU Process Improvement wrt SCC process
• Freight Data Preparation
• Freight allocation to item

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification & Experience - Preferably from MNC who has worked under tight control environment.
• 3-5 years experience, CA /ICWA or MBA Finance, with experience in similar sized, scale complexity
• SAP knowledge must.
• Excellent communication & analytical skills.
• Understanding of underlying business drivers.
• Good interpersonal skills demonstrated by creation of a network of key partners within Finance and the business and the ability to bridge communications gap between finance and non-finance.
• Experience working across a matrix business/functional units
