Role & responsibilities

• Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates and meet organizational staffing goals.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and guide the talent acquisition team to ensure high performance, professional development, and achievement of recruitment targets.
• Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Oversee the development of effective sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and partnerships, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Process Optimization: Streamline recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a smooth recruitment cycle.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior management and department heads to understand staffing needs and align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
• Employer Branding: Advocate and promote the companys employer brand through various channels to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to track, report, and improve recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate the recruitment budget effectively, maximizing return on investment for sourcing and recruitment activities.
• Candidate Experience: Foster a strong candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic computing (excel, word & power point presentation) and telephonic/email communication skills.
• Basic level of HR process knowledge.
• Proactive approach in finding process solutions.
• Efficient in English communication.
