IT Delivery

 Responsibilities 
A day in the life of an Infoscion
  • As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • You will understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.
  • You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.
  • You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

     Technical and Professional Requirements: 
    Responsible for day-to-day operations and leading a team of server, storage and backup admins. Work with customer leads, application owners, and be the technical SPOC for client reporting and escalation.
  • Oversee software upgrades and management of infrastructure in a multi-vendor environment.
  • Work with vendors to POC new products and enhance capabilities of existing platforms.
  • Prepare, present operations SLAs, tasks, and project updates to the customer.
  • Support multi-vendor, globally distributed infrastructure environment.
  • Advise the customer about performance management, availability management, configuration management and reporting.
  • Solution preparation for migrating different workloads on-to standardized platforms, and consolidation particularly for remote offices.
  • SLA reporting, capacity trending and capacity planning for large, distributed environment running in Petabytes, and spread across globally.
     Preferred Skills:

    Technology->Storage Administration->EMC

     Additional Responsibilities:
