Role & responsibilities

• Must have working experience in reviewing loan documents for US mortgage
• Sound understanding of the Mortgage Origination loan life cycle
• Should have working knowledge with any Mortgage loan origination application.
• Accurate risk assessment to ensure compliance with industry and company guidelines.
• Effective communication with relevant parties regarding approval or rejection of loan applications.
• Fluent in English and good written communication skill
• Ability to prioritize tasks accordingly and work to tight and conflicting deadlines
• Should have good analytical skills and have the ability to make decisions based on the situation
• Good knowledge in MS office skills- MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Presentations
• Willingness to work in US working hours (late night shift)
