Role

The role is of a Senior Lead Analyst Digital Transformation (DTS). DTS is a newly established practice and Financial Services vertical within DTS is one of the fastest growing businesses in the organization. As part of this Practice, the Senior Lead Analyst shall play a key anchoring role in crafting solutions, work on RFXs and act as a thought leader internally and externally to potential clients during pursuit cycle for FS Analytics.

The role has ample opportunities for growth, learning and exposure in one of the fastest growing practices within Infosys BPM and Digital Transformation Services as well.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Lead Analyst in the DTS team, you will

1. Be part of Financial Services Analytics & AI practice within DTS Practice Development & Solution Design.

2. Be responsible for business development efforts response to RFXs, creation of collaterals and presales support

3. Collaborate with different teams for RFPs to understand client requirements, assess feasibility, and craft compelling AI-driven solutions to address client needs.

4. Develop thought leadership Point of Views, demos, use cases, collaterals to support FS Analytics/AI pursuits/solution design efforts.

5. Design end to end AI solutions tailored to the financial domain.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / EDUCATION:

Work Experience

• 10+ years experience in the Mortgage/Consumer/Commercial Banking Analytics domain extensive work experience in practice development/consulting/solution design role in Digital organizations/practices.
• Experience in UK market would be preferred
• At least 5+ years experience in FS Analytics Solution Design, practice development presales support, crafting solutions, responding to RFXs and delivering presentations to management teams as part of service provider organizations.

Skills – Must Have

• Strong analytics (consulting and solution development skills) and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Expertise in any of the following (at the minimum) including:
• Domain: Banking (Lending: Mortgages, Consumer & Commercial; Cards: Consumer/Merchants; Deposits & Payments, Risk Management) and Retirement Services
• GenAI/AI/ML/Data Science: Skills in Statistical modeling and Machine Learning
• Function as a “Subject Matter Expert” for BFS domain within the Analytics/AI Practice
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in GenAI based application development and a focus on leveraging AI and ML technologies.
• Strong experience in Python programming and related frameworks (e.g. Django , Flask)
• Extensive experience in building scalable and robust applications using python
• Exposure to some of the widely used analytics techniques like Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, Time Series Forecasting, Text Analytics and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PytTorch) etc. is required.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services
• Willingness to work in a startup type, hands-on environment, across different time zones often under strict timelines.
• This not being a project/delivery role, ability to conceive new solutions/offerings relevant to industry demand and take them to market through sales functions is extremely important.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills

Skills – Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with any of the analytical tools (R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI etc.)
• Experience with database systems (e.g. SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling
• Good understanding of data engineering principles and technologies (e.g. ETL, data pipelines, data warehousing)
