1+ Years of Experience (PTP)

Responsibilities

  • Perform and act as SME day to day AP activities with required speed and accuracy across invoice processing, vendor queries, invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment, vendor helpdesk vendor inquiries, employee inquiry resolution and Travel & Expense.
  • Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills
  • University graduate with minimum of 15 years of education with Bachelors/Masters Degree in Commerce
  • Senior Level Bachelor's in Commerce/ Masters in Commerce/ MBA with >3 years experience in Accounts Payable • Expertise in MS office & Internet
  • Good Knowledge of Accounts payable processes
  • Fluency in English language Good Business awareness, Teamwork, Adaptability, time management • Experience in Workday ERP preferable

2+ Years of Experience (Financial Control & Technical Accounting)

Responsibilities


  • Perform and act as SME for day to day RTR activities with required speed and accuracy across JE processing, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, Inventory accounting, Employee Payroll and benefits accounting, warranty accounting, general accounting and reporting, Closing, Consolidation, inquiries, error resolution, Treasury activities cash flow forecast preparation, review and maintenance, reconciliations, treasury/cash reporting, payments, interest calculations, etc.
  • University graduate with minimum of 15 years of education with Bachelors/Masters Degree in Commerce
  • Senior Level Bachelors in Commerce/ Masters in Commerce/ MBA with >3 years experience• Expertise in MS office & Internet
  • Fluency in English language Good Business awareness, Team work, Adaptability, time management

2+ Years of Experience (Regulatory Reporting)

Responsibilities

Create standard reporting on business requirements

  • Delivery of thorough regulatory reporting ensuring accuracy and correctness and transformation of data into information for reporting where needed.
  • Ensures quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in systems, enabling a single source of truth.
  • Assists Business to develop forward looking analysis/ business projection by integrating historical data and market specific information
  • Perform data enrichment and data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of the data as sourced from various upstream systems
  • Resolving any data quality issues would require collaboration with different upstream data providers and business SMEs "

  • Good analytical and numeric skills using spreadsheets and databases
  • Proficiency in preparing various types of regulatory reports (e.g., liquidity reporting) under different regulations
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge in business intelligence tools in the industry such as Business objects, Alteryx, Power BI etc.

2+ Years of Experience (FP&A)

Responsibilities

  • Create necessary standard and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements
  • Accountable for reliability, timeliness and accuracy of the standard deliverables defined in the delivery catalogue
  • Ensures quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in systems, enabling a single source of truth.
  • Analyzes and reports on business performance by means of: AUM, Cash Flow, Client Assets, Enhanced Board Reporting etc...
  • Assists Business to develop forward looking analysis/ business projection by integrating historical data and market specific information - business case, cash flows, strategic planning, target setting etc.
  • Perform data enrichment and data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of the data as sourced from various upstream systems
  • Resolving any data quality issues would require collaboration with different upstream data providers and business SMEs "

2+ Years of Experience (External Reporting-Risk and Control)

Responsibilities

  • Perform Risk Assessments, Process Walkthroughs, Process Documentation Narratives, Process Flow Diagrams, Finalize Risk and Control Matrix.
  • Perform Test of Control Effectiveness, Control Design , support remediation efforts for control failures - SOX and ISAE / SSAE compliance.
  • Perform Interventions / Special Assignments at Client Engagements identifying reasons for operations failures, critical errors, process weaknesses / Performing Root Cause Analysis remediating and resolving causes. "
  • CA with 0-1 years or CA (Inter)/ Commerce Graduate with 3-4 years post qualification audit experience
  • Desirable Qualification : CISA.
  • Reasonable Knowledge of Financial & Accounting Processes
  • Reasonable Knowledge of F&A Audit Processes having Performed Internal, Operational and Financial Audits;
  • Knowledge of Key F&A Compliances required ISAE 3402, SSAE 16, SOX
  • Strong Analytical Skills; Strong Spreadsheet skills; Excellent command over English Language
  • Knowledge of BPO Processes and Processing
  • Desirable
  • User Knowledge of one of the ERP F&A Key Financial Applications Workday
  • Reasonable knowledge of Information Technology ITGC Controls; Information Systems Audit.

2+ Years of Experience (Tax)

Responsibilities

  • Applies an understanding of tax law and accounting concepts and uses enterprise technology products to scope, plan and execute core tax compliance processes and generate tax outputs
  • Perform Monthly tax calculations, Analysis of effective tax rates, and forecast income tax expense; Monthly pay as you go (PAYG) calculations, Prepare half yearly and year end tax review packs
  • Preparation of tax notes, income tax returns and assist with preparation of different reports, such as country by country report, local file etc;
  • Prepare tax returns for fringe benefit tax (FBT), withholding tax (WHT), and GST; and prepare tax payment calculation."
  • University graduate with minimum of 15 years of education with Bachelors/Masters Degree in Commerce
  • Graduate in Accounting with accounting certification like CA or CPA
  • Good analytical and numeric skills using spreadsheets and databases
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in F&A and Tax
