IT Recruiter

To identify the best mix of resources to source top talent using our research function, job boards, web searches, referrals, and industry-specific sources
Work with hiring managers to maximize the effectiveness of recruiting process by ensuring job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
Source & Screen profiles, short-list the candidates in preliminary rounds
Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and the business functions to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies
Cold calls to suitable candidates
Manage complete recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels
Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity
Regular follow-up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure the timeliness of the recruitment process
Manage the entire staffing process: recruiting, screening, interviewing, conducting tests, and selecting employees to fill vacant positions throughout the organization
Over 2 years experience in recruiting include sourcing candidates, Shortlisting interviewing and negotiation till on boarding
Experience - Over 2 years in Recruitment/ Talent acquisition in IT industry
Experience working with Internet recruiting methods /technologies to include developing and posting of requisitions and tracking interview/hiring statistics
Over 2 years experience in recruiting include sourcing candidates, interviewing and negotiation primarily in the IT domain
Should be able to work on target driven positions and In-depth knowledge/familiarity with web-based job boards, research and applicant tracking systems
Should have experience working on portals like Linkedin, Monster, Indeed & other recruitment platforms
Ability to handle a high-volume of openings while maintaining flexibility, professionalism and adhering to relevant policies and procedures along with strong interpersonal, telephonic and e-communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments and experience with high volume recruiting a must
Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports
