About the Role : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HR RPO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing recruitment strategies for clients, ensuring the efficient sourcing, screening, and placement of talent. You will act as the liaison between the client and the recruitment team, delivering a seamless recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, job specifications, and organizational culture.
• Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networks, and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of hiring initiatives, metrics, and recruitment trends.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with HR teams, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to address challenges and improve recruitment processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements :

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in RPO or outsourced recruitment settings.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience working with global or large-scale recruitment programs.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in recruitment.
