Job Description
- Strong experience in end to end IT hiring.
- Strong experience in IT recruitment - Contract and permanent staffing (Domestic).
- Responsible for full life cycle of recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, presenting and closing candidates.
- Interacting with the clients for better understanding of requirements.
- Browsing Job portals like (Naukri, Monster, Linkedln,FaceBook) and also through the Reference and Job Posting for sourcing the profiles and Short-listing profiles based on the specifications of the requirement.
- Communication : Should have good communication.
- Should also have Client interaction experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Highly motivated and willing to work hard
- Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressive
- Problem solving skills are expected
- Female candidates preferable
