Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various non-IT roles. You'll work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and hire talent across different industries, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for non-IT positions (e.g., marketing, HR, finance, engineering).
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Prepare job offers and manage onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Build and maintain candidate relationships.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience recruiting for non-IT roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in both Hindi and English is required
