Job Title: US IT Technical Recruiter
Location: Sector-57, Noida (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone) | Sat-Sun Off
Experience: 1 to 3+ Years
Education: BCA/MCA/B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech (Computer Science/IT)

Role & Responsibilities:

• End-to-end US IT recruitment sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Work with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools.
• Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and client interactions.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely submissions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 1 to 3+ years in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US hiring processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.).
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
