Modernization Delivery Manager

Were looking for an Modernization Delivery Manager candidate with experience in technical project management, to join our team in Hyderabad/hybrid.

You will report to the Director, Cloud Modernization.

Project management, Informatica Products - PowerCenter & Informatica Cloud/IDMC

Your Role Responsibilities? Heres What Youll Do

• Manage the customer and partner relationship by serving as the single point of contact before, during and after engagements
• Coordinate all logistical aspects of the project including timelines, risks, risk mitigation strategies, action items and change requests. Communicate project details to internal and external clients/partners
• Provide regular reports to communicate project status both internally and externally
• Communicate with people at all levels in the organisation
• Organise and distribute work assignments to the team members. Ensure projects are being completed on time and the quality of work is consistent with client expectations
• Be an active member of the PMO and help in defining best practices and operating procedures.
• Technically lead the team on critical Project implementations.

What Wed Like to See

• 10+ years of technical project management experience.
• At least 2 full project management life cycle experience
• Experience of Project Management methodologies and tools, and the software development and project management life cycles
• Understand complex technical issues surrounding the project and influence team members including partner members without formal reporting structure authority
• Assist, and troubleshoot issues with project team members.
• Deliver strategic plans for the organisation.

Role Essentials

• Working knowledge of Informatica Products - PowerCenter & Informatica Cloud/IDMC.
• Prior technical project work and programming experience
• Track record of accomplishment with handling customers and managing complex projects
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Manage operational responsibilities of staff or individual contributors.
