The Lead will also mentor and guide the team to improve productivity and ensure timely delivery of support and feature enhancements.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer with expertise in ASP. NET, C#, Microsoft SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and knowledge of technologies such as IIS, MSSRS, Windows Forms, WPF, WIX, and InstallShield. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a variety of enhancement requests, customer issues, and support calls. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader capable of guiding the team through technical challenges, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth customer interactions.

Essential Duties:

• Work on product enhancement requests and implement new features based on customer needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues reported by customers, QA, and support teams.
• Handle customer and support calls to address and resolve production issues.
• Maintain and enhance product functionalities
• Collaborate with PM/BA/Customers to understand their needs and develop solutions within the product
• Provide technical leadership in ASP. NET, C#, MSSQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, IIS, and other relevant technologies
