Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic fresher to join our IT sales team. As an IT Sales Executive, you will work closely with clients to understand their technology needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and market research.

Develop a strong sales pipeline by qualifying potential clients.

Client Engagement:

Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and technology requirements.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Solution Presentation:

Present and demonstrate IT solutions to clients in a compelling way.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Sales Target Achievement:

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet organizational goals.

Market Research:

Stay updated with the latest trends in IT solutions and market developments.

Analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

Post-Sales Support:

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of IT solutions.

Address client queries and provide excellent post-sales support.

Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background: Any degree).

Strong understanding of technology and IT concepts (basic technical knowledge is a plus).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
